益气温阳活血法治疗胃癌化疗致神经毒性临床研究

Abstract
Objectives:To observe the clinic effect of gastric cancer patients with oxaliplatin-induced neurotox-icity treated with the internal-external application of replenshing-qi-warming-yang-activating-blood method. Methods:There were 64 gastric cancer patients with oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity randomly divided into the observation group(34 cases) and the control group(30 cases). They were all given methylcobalamin. The observation group was also given the traditional Chinese medicine treatment,that is,the internal-external ap-plication of replenshing-qi-warming-yang-activating-blood method. The effective rate of pain relief ,clinical symptoms,mean time of symptom remission and Karnofsky performance score(KPS) were compared between the two groups after two courses of treatment. Results:The effective rate of pain relief,the clinical efficien-cy,the mean time of symptom remission,and the KPS of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions:The internal-external application of replenshing-qi-warming-yang-acti-vating-blood method has a significant treatment effect on the gastric cancer patients with oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity.关键词
