茶藨子木层孔菌多糖的体内抗肿瘤作用研究
Study on the Antitumor Activity in Vivo of Phellinus Ribis Polysaccharide

Abstract
Objectives:To explore antitumor activities in vivo of Phellinus ribis polysaccharide(PRP). Methods:S180 tumor-bearing mice models were established and divided randomly into the following groups:model group,PRP group,PRP combined with cyclophosphamide group,cyclophosphamide group. Drugs were adminis-trated through intraperitoneal injection. The tumor growth inhibitory rate ,spleen index and thymus index were calculated. Results:The tumor inhibition rates of medium and high-dose PRP were 23.35% and 34.46%,re-spectively,which were significantly different from the model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Spleen index and thymus index significantly increased in medium and high-dose PRP groups. The inhibitory rates of tumor in-creased in PRP combined with cyclophosphamide group ,but the difference was not significant. Spleen index and thymus index were higher in group of PRP combined with cyclophosphamide than that in cyclophos-phamide group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions:PRP could improve the immunity obviously and inhibit the growth of tumor to some extent. It could relief the immune damage caused by cyclophosphamide.关键词
