基于芽头颜色差异的丹参优良品系筛选研究
Fine Germplasm Screening of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Based on Different Bud Colors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility of applying bud color as evaluation index for the strain quali-ty of Salvia miltiorrhiza to compare morphological differences. Methods:In the salvia field,plants were classi-fied into 3 types;purple,intermediate and green on the basis of bud colors. Root segment reproduction of different types of plants was carried out. Morphological characteristics of aboveground and underground parts from acquired plants were compared and determined and the principal components were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software. Results:Root seedling rate,plant height,crown width,leaf number,root length,root diameter, lateral root number and fresh weight of roots of purple bud type plants were significantly higher than those in green type,but the number of branches and the blossom rate in green bud type plant were much higher than the purple type. All indexes of the intermediate type were in the middle. The principal component analysis indicated that the comprehensive scores were 14.590,16.460,22.971 for green,intermediate color and purple bud types,respectively. Conclusions:The vegetative growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza in purple bud type was stronger than the green one,but the reproductive growth was vice versa. The medicinal material yield of salvia plants in purple bud type was remarkably higher than the green one. Bud color could be used as an important index for breeding Salvia miltiorrhiza.关键词
