中西医结合治疗后循环缺血性眩晕46例

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine on treat-ing posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods:92 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 46 patients. The treatment group,on the basis of conventional western medical treatment,was given Tongmai Dingxuan decoction and betahistine mesilate tablets. The control group was given conventional treatment. 1 course lasted 7 days. Af-ter 3 courses,the clinical effects were statistcally analyzed. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30% and the control group was 76.09%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine on posterior circulation is-chemic vertigo is better than that of conventional western medicine treatment.关键词
