Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine on threatened abortion of hematometra type. Methods:120 patients with threatened abortion of hematometra type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 60 patients. The treat-ment group was treated with Baotai Sanqi Decoction and intramuscular injection of progesterone before the 12th week. After the 12th week,the treatment group was treated with Baotai Sanqi Decoction and intra-venous drip infusion of magnesium sulfate. The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of pro-gesterone before the 12th week and intravenous drip infusion of magnesium sulfate after the 12th week. Re-sult:The full-term pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 96.7% and the control group was 78.3%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating threatened abortion of hematometra type with combination of Chinese and western medicine can improve the full-term pregnancy rate.关键词
