白花蛇舌草石油醚部位对子宫内膜癌细胞的抑制作用
Study on Inhibitory Effects of Petroleum Ether Extract of Hedyotis Diffusa on Endometrial Cancer Cells

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effects and mechanism of petroleum ether extract of Hedy-otis diffusa on proliferation of endometrial cancer cells in vitro. Methods:The morphological changes of Ishikawa were observed by inverted phase contrast microscope after treatment with the petroeuml ether ex-tract of Hedyotis diffusa. The survival rate of cells was measured by MTT assay. The clone forming ability of Ishikawa cells was detected by plate clone experiment. The cell cycle was measured by flow cytometry and PI staining. Results:Petroleum ether extract of Hedyotis diffusa inhibited the proliferation of Ishikawa cells in vitro with the IC50 value of 32.917μg·mL-1. Clone forming ability of cells decreased as medicine concentration increased. Petroleum ether extract blocked the cell cycle of Ishikawa at the G1 phase. Conclu-sions:Petroleum ether extract had significant inhibitory effects on Ishikawa cell. It may be the active part with the anti-tumor effect of the herb and the mechanism may be related to the blocking of cell cycle.关键词
