原发性高血压肝阳上亢证动物模型的评价与思考
Evaluation and Thinking of Animal Model of Essential Hypertension with Liver-yang Hyperactivity Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
This article systematic collected preparation method and determination method of animal model of essential hypertension with liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome. It was pointed out current several problems in this kind of research,including nonstandard evaluation standard of animal syndrome,lacking of specific physicochemical index,unreasonable disproof prescription,and experimental design flaw of syndrome differen-tiation through formula effect assessment ,and so on. The authors proposed to explore the evaluation method of multi-system,multi-level,and multi-range by modern science and technology and to construct standardiza-tion and objective analysis system of animal model of essential hypertension with liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome so as to conduct to the experimental study of Chinese medicine treatment of essential hypertension.关键词
