Discussion on Treating Central Pain after Spinal Cord Injury with Du Moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
This article is to explore the development and progression mechanisms of central pain (CP) after spinal cord injury(SCI) based on the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to probe the effective analgesic mechanisms by referring to the principle of pain in modern medicine. It is also to discuss the clinical feasibility of applying Du moxibustion to the treatment of CP after SCI and the possi-ble solutions based on the therapeutic effects of “warming yang and eliminating cold ,relieving numbness and pains” of Du moxibustion in TCM.关键词
