Abstract
It analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of heartache in Internal Classic,points out that the basic pathogenesis of heartache is that heart meridian damage and cardiac blood blockade lead to heartache. The causes of heartache is that some factors damage heart meridian ,such as external pathogenic factors ,fire pro-ducing from five types of emotion,effect of diseases in the body and faults in acupuncture treatment. Heartache is categorized according to pain severity and clinical manifestations ,it was further proposed that acupuncture is the main treatment methods ,massage in chest and back-points and herbal therapy like macrostem onion are also important methods. In Internal Classic,there is an objective prognosis heartache, and it proposes nursing about heartache,for example,paying attention to avoid eating salty and acid foods, eating less cold food,and keeping warm to protect heart yang.关键词
