特定针刺法对脑卒中软瘫期肌张力的影响
Effect of Specific Acupuncture on the Muscle-tension of Apoplexy Patients at Flaccid Paralysis Stage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of specific acupuncture with needling Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Taixi points on the muscle-tension of apoplexy patients at flaccid paralysis stage. Methods:One hundred cases of stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group ,50 cases in each group. Two groups were given the same treatment. But the treatment group was given specific acupuncture with needling Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Taixi points. We observed the effect of the specific acupuncture on the muscletension of apoplexy patients at flaccid paralysis stage. Results:The recovery time of the muscle-tension of apoplexy patients at flaccid paralysis stage between the treatment group and the control group showed significant dif-ferences,P<0.05. Conclusion:Needling Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Taixi points by specific acupuncture could pro-mote early recovery of the muscle-tension of apoplexy patients at flaccid paralysis stage.关键词
