摘要

Abstract

Preparing of barium hydroxide using desulfurization slag of barium salts was investigated . The effect of temperature ,reaction time and the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass on product rate of barium hydroxide were examined by single factor and orthogonal experiments .The results show that the factors according to the significant level are temperature ,the ratio between liquid volumeand solid mass ,reaction time .Under the optimum conditions of temperature of 95℃ ,reaction time of 60 min and the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 2 .5∶1 ,the product rate of barium hydroxide reaches 98 .92% ,and meets industrial production requirement .
