用废盐酸从改性高钛渣中浸出钛的试验研究
Experimental Investigation on Leaching of Titanium From Modified Titanium Slag
摘要
Abstract
The titanium slag was roasted at high temperature with modifier .The roasted slag was leached using waste hydrochloric acid at normal atmosphere .The influence of hydrochloric acid concentration ,temperature ,reaction time and liquid-solid ratio on leaching of titanium from the roasted slag were examined .The results show that the optimum leaching conditions are that hydrochloric acid concentration is 3 .6 mol/L ,temperature is 70℃ ,reaction time is 3 h ,liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1 ,and the slag particle size is 200 mesh which is roasted for 2 h at 850 ℃ with modifier .The leaching of titanium is 95 .5% at the optimum conditions .关键词
