摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a full interface contract extractor using in separating nickel and cobalt . The multi phase flow reactor accelerates mixing speed of two phases and Improves interface areas of two phases .No third phase emergences in extraction .Extraction stage reduces to 3‐stages from 9‐stages .The results show that at the conditions of volume ratio between organic phase and water phase of 1∶3 ,extractant saponification rate of 50% -55% ,temperature of 45 ℃ ,3‐stages countercurrent , extraction of cobalt is 99 .9% ,cobalt mass concentration (< 1 mg/L ) in the raffinate meets the technological requirements .关键词
