从钒渣中浸出钒的宏观动力学研究
Leaching Kinetic of Vanadium From Vanadium-containing Steel Slag
摘要
Abstract
In this w ork ,vanadium‐containing steel slag ,provided by a certain company in Panzhihua City ,Sichuan Province ,China ,was used as the raw material .The leaching kinetics of vanadium from the vanadium‐containing steel slag was systematically investigated using ammonium bicarbonate solution as leaching agent .T he effects of stirring speed ,temperature ,leaching agent concentration and slag particle size on leaching of vanadium w ere investigated .T he results show that the leaching process is controlled by diffusion through product layer and accords with the shrinking core model .Therefore , the higher liquid‐solid ratio ,stirring speed ,temperature and concentration of leaching agent ,or the smaller particle size ,the higher is leaching rate of vanadium .By means of experimental data ,an empirical equation for the leaching process is established .T he activation energy is calculated as 18 .0 kJ/mol ,the frequency factor is calculated as 0 .713 .The kinetic equation is determined .关键词
