Abstract
Wild and cultivated soybean seedlings were treated with different concentrations (0,50,100, 200,300 mmol/L)of NaCl,and their physiological responses to NaCl stress were studied in growth,antioxi-dant enzyme activity and membrane lipid peroxidation.The results indicated that salt stress significantly inhib-ited the growth of wild and cultivated soybeans,but wild soybean was less affected under the same NaCl con-centration which showing stronger salt tolerance.The MDA content in leaves of the two kinds of soybean in-creased with the increase of salt concentration.The increase in cultivated soybean was more than that in wild soybean,especially in high salinity,which indicated that the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation was more serious in cultivated soybean.Furthermore,the antioxidant enzyme activity of wild soybean was higher than that of cultivated soybean,which showed that wild soybean had stronger antioxidant ability.关键词
