摘要

Abstract

A sFLISA detection method of NDV based on QDs was founded.In this method,polyclonal antibody against NDV acted as capture antibody,monoclonal antibody against NDV labeled by biotin acted as detecting antibody,and streptavidin labeled by QDs acted as fluorescent probe.This method had no cross re-action with other avian viruses,for example,EDSV (egg drop syndrome virus),IBDV (infectious bursal dis-ease virus),and ALV (avian leukemia virus).And it was more sensitive than hemagglutination test (HA). This research gave a practical method for rapid detection of NDV at early clinical diagnosis.
