Abstract
Aimed at the particularity of new rural construction and development of underdeveloped areas, based on poverty alleviation and assisting development,three aspects of local environment,local economy and local talent were discussed with the feature of remaking local landscape to seek a new mode of new rural con-struction.It provided practices with realistic significance for study and implementation of new rural construc-tion of underdeveloped areas.关键词
