地锦草颗粒的急性亚急性毒性试验
Acute and Subacute Toxicity Tests of EUPHORBIA HUMIFUSA Granule
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the security of EUPHORBIA HUMIFUSA granule , the acute and subacute toxicity tests were conducted with Kunming mice and Wistar rats .The acute toxicity test showed that the LD 50 for mice by oral medication was more than 5 000 mg/kg b.w., which indicated that the preparation had little toxicity .The subacute toxicity test showed that the physiological , biochemical and pathological indexes of rats were all in the normal range after successive medication for 4 weeks and drug withdrawal for 2 weeks, which had no significant differences with those of control ( P﹥0 .05 ) .And there was no delayed toxicity reaction after drug withdrawal .It indicated that long -time medication of EUPHORBIA HUMIFUSA granule had no significant toxicity to rats , and it was a safer preparation .关键词
