花生叶片 DNA 快速提取方法的优化
Optimization of Rapid DNA Extraction Methods from Peanut Leaves
摘要
Abstract
With the young leaves of peanut as experiment material , four different DNA extraction meth-ods, the high-throughput DNA extraction method, the simple SDS method, TPS method and TENP method, were compared and optimized .The results showed that , compared with the other improved methods , the im-proved TPS method had the advantages of grinding samples with no liquid nitrogen , faster extraction rate , fe-wer kinds of reagent , lower cost, rapider DNA solution rate and better DNA quality .The DNA extracted through improved TPS method could be used for SSR analysis of peanut .关键词
