Abstract
Five kinds of wintering protective measures were adopted to study their influences on yield and relative quality factors of Fuding Dabaicha .The results showed that compared with control , the hundred-bud weight, yield per unit area,wet-dry ratio and the contents of main chemical components including water ex-tract, polyphenols, amino acid, caffeine, soluble sugar of spring tea in protective zone showed different de-grees of increase , and the ratio of polyphenols to amino acid decreased .For summer tea , these characters didn’ t change obviously .When the protective measures stopped , there were still some effects on spring tea , but little on summer tea .关键词
