蚜虫为害对忍冬叶片防御酶活性及初生代谢的影响
Response of Defensive Enzyme Activity and Some Primary Metabolites in Lonicera japonica Thunb.Leaves to Aphid Damage
摘要
Abstract
The dynamic changes of denfensive enzyme activity , chlorophyll content , soluble sugar and soluble protein in Lonicera japonica leaves were analyzed after damaged by aphids .The results showed that with the prolong of aphid damage time , the POD activity rose firstly and then declined;the activity of PAL and PPO showed a trend of rising -declining-rising;the SOD activity showed wave change;their activities were all obviously higher compared to the contrast .Aphid damage led to the content increase of chlorophyll , soluble sugar and soluble protein , which did not reach the significant level .It indicated that the changes of defensive enzyme activity and content of primary metabolites should be related to the resistance of Lonicera japonica to a-phids.关键词
