干旱胁迫对玉米生长发育及其生理生化特性的影响
Effects of Drought Stress on Growth, Development, Physiological and Biochemical Characters of Corn
摘要
Abstract
Using corn hybrid Kehe 28 as material , the effects of drought stress on growth , development , physiological and biochemical characters and photosynthetic characteristics of corn in field were studied in Wu -wei City .The results showed that long -term drought stress made corn leaf curl , reduced the leaf area , de-creased the plant height , reduced the number of leaves per plant and dry matter accumulation , decreased the ear volume , declined the grain weight per spike and hundred grain weight , and the yield decreased sharply and almost total crop failure under extreme drought conditions .Drought stress also decreased the stomatal con-ductance , made stoma close , declined photosynthetic capacity and net photosynthetic rate , and inhibited the plant growth .关键词
