玉米自交系 Lx9801变异株与 Lx9801的性状表现差异分析
Differential Analysis on Character Performance of Maize Inbred Line Lx9801 with Its Variant
摘要
Abstract
In this study , a variant of maize inbred line Lx 9801 was investigated compared with Lx 9801 . The results showed that the variant was different from Lx 9801 in the colors of leaf sheath , filament and anther , which might be controlled by the same gene .There were no obvious differences in plant height , ear height , yield per plant and etc , and there was no obvious heterosis .SSR analysis showed that the difference rate be-tween the 2 materials was similar to the internal difference rate of inbred line Zhen 58 .These results indicated that the color of organs determined by anthocyanin was not important for yield .关键词
