一个花生新 SSR 标记的开发
Development of a Novel SSR Marker for Peanut
摘要
Abstract
In this study , one length polymorphism fragment SCoT 12-800 amplified by SCoT12 primer from 8 peanut varieties was sequenced .Its accession number was KM 200036 in GenBank .Sequence analysis showed that the polymorphism of SCoT 12-800 was from the simple sequence repeat of TC .A new SSR molec-ular marker named SCoT12-SSR was designed by Primer 5.0 and its amplification product was between 164 bp and 178 bp.It could detect 5 alleles in cultivated peanuts .Thus, the marker could be used for studying genetic diversity , cultivar identification , gene tagging and genetic mapping in peanut .关键词
