Study on Relationship between Seed Water Content and Optimum Harvest Period of Fresh Waxy Maize
摘要
Abstract
Using 14 waxy maize cultivars as materials , the relationship between seed water content and optimum harvest period was studied .The results showed that the dynamic change of waxy maize seed water content had remarkable consistency with that of cooking quality .Two days before the date of the highest seed water content was the optimum harvest period of fresh waxy maize .关键词
