低温保存对4种作物种子超弱发光特性影响规律的研究
Effects of Low-Temperature Preservation on Ultra-Weak Luminescence of Four Species of Crop Seeds

Abstract
In order to research the relationship between UWL ( ultra-weak luminescence) characteris-tics and seed vigor, the intensity of UWL and DL (delayed luminescence) of seeds from corn, wheat, Chinese soybean and rice were tested after preserved under low temperature for different time.Through this study, it was also expected to provide technical supports for non-destructive test of seed vigor.The relationship be-tween UWL characteristics and low-temperature preservation duration and changing characteristics of DL were studied by statistical analysis, linear regression and diagram drawing.The results showed that there were dis-tinctive differences in UWL power of seeds after preserved for different years.The intensity of UWL declined gradually with the preservation time extending, which was positively correlated with the variation of seed vigor. In the meantime, the intensity of DL declined with the preservation time extending, and the attenuation coeffi-cients of DL increased firstly and then decreased.关键词
