Effects of Different Sulfur Application Rates on Physiological Characteristics, Yield and Quality of Peanut
摘要
Abstract
The experiment aimed at the study on physiological characteristics, yield and quality of peanut under different sulfur application levels.With 606 as the test material, four different levels of sulfur were set to analyze the plant characters, photosynthetic characteristics, antioxidant enzyme activity, pod yield and quality at different growth stages.The results showed that the application of sulfur fertilizer increased the main stem height, branch length, chlorophyll content in leaves, photosynthetic rate and the activity of POD, CAT and SOD, in which, the increase of chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate reached the significant level. The application of sulfur fertilizer decreased the accumulation of malondialdehyde ( MDA) significantly.The application of sulfur fertilizer increased the pod yield significantly, and increased the content of protein and fat, the ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid ( O/L ) obviously.When the application rate of sulfur was 40 kg/hm2 , the effects were the best.关键词
