滨梅实生后代结实性状的调查与分析
Study on Fruiting Characters of Beach Plum Seedling Progeny

Abstract
The main fruiting characters of 6-year old beach plum seedling progenies were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the seedling progenies had great variability.The fructescence was from late June or early July to early and middle of September, and the most difference reached about two months. The average fruit weight was 2.458 ±0.635 g and the yield per plant was 1.18 ±0.88 kg ( equal to 0.54 ±0. 34 kg per square meter ) .The flesh content was 86 .81%±3 .13%, the total soluble solids ( TSS ) content was 12.86%±1.14%and the titratable acidity content was 0.95%±0.27%with the TSS-Acid ratio of 14.55 ± 4.31.The color value was 1.04 ±0.48.The variation coefficient of flesh content was less than 5%, and that of TSS was less than 10%, while those of the other characters were all more than 20%( the maximum reached 74.58%).According to the analysis results of these fruiting characters, eighteen elite germplasms were pre-liminarily screened out, among which, five excellent individuals, 1-9, 2-37, 7-4, 7-10 and 9-25, were confirmed for further research.关键词
