玉米全基因组中 NAC 基因家族的鉴定与分析
Genome-Wide Identification and Analysis of NAC Gene Family in Maize
摘要
Abstract
The NAC gene family in maize ( Zea mays L.) was comprehensively identified by bioinformat-ics in this research , including gene members , gene structure , chromosome location and phylogenetic relation-ship.As a result, 128 NAC genes were predicted and named as ZmNAC001~ZmNAC128 according to their chromosome location .The 128 ZmNAC unevenly distributed on 10 chromosomes of maize .Phylogenetic analy-sis suggested that ZmNAC genes had certain similarities with NAC genes from Arabidopsis and could be divided into 13 subfamilies.Gene structure analysis showed that most ZmNAC genes contained 1~3 introns.Seven ZmNAC genes were predicted as the target genes of miRNA 164 .关键词
