不同花生品种芽期抗旱性筛选及其田间验证
Drought Resistance Screening of Different Peanut Varieties at Germination Stage and Its Field Validation

Abstract
The drought resistance of 77 peanut varieties were identified at germination stage under artifi-cial simulation of soil drought with 17 .5%PEG 6000 .The results showed that Caihuasheng , Huayu 23 , E12 , Jiyou 98, Zhonghua 8, Fuhua 11 and Yueyou 200 had strong drought resistance , while Haihua 1, Huayu 31, Jinhua 1012 and Shanyou 2 owned weak drought tolerance .Screened peanut varieties were grown in field to verify the drought resistance .The investigation in harvest period found that compared with weak drought -re-sistant peanut varieties , those with strong drought resistance had higher main stem and more full pods .Prelim-inary validation indicated that screening of peanut drought resistance at germination stage was reliable .关键词
