胶东半岛地区番茄褪绿病毒的快速检测与鉴定
Rapid Detection and Identification of Tomato Chlorosis Virus (ToCV) in Jiaodong Peninsula
摘要
Abstract
Tomato chlorosis virus ( ToCV) has been recently introduced into China .It can be transmitted by its insect vector , Bemisia tabaci.In order to explore a rapid and efficient method for its detection through insect vector, the ToCV was detected and identified in B.tabaci from Qingdao and Yantai, the two major veg-etable-producing regions of Jiaodong Peninsula .The results showed that ToCV could be detected in B.tabaci from the two regions , which indicated that the method was rapid and efficient to detect the introduced virus .关键词
