一种杨树锈病病原菌的形态学与分子鉴定
Morphological and Molecular Identification of A Poplar Rusts Pathogen
摘要
Abstract
By the methods of morphology and molecule , the poplar rust pathogen in Wuqing district of Tianjin was classified as Melampsora larici -populina.The uredospores were yellow and oblong or rounded rectangle,the size was (29.0~44.0)μm ×(11.8~24.8)μm,mean size was 35.2 um ×18.4 μm(n=50). The thorn on the bottom of the uredospore was bigger and dense ,while on the top was smaller and sparse .The u-redospore could germinate several tubes;the rDNA-ITS sequence of Melampsora larici-populina was 663bp.关键词
