QTL Mapping of Plant Height and Yield-Related Traits of Rice
摘要
Abstract
The F2 secondary segregating population developed from a cross between a SSSL with Hua-jingxian genetic background and Huajingxian 74 was used as test material.And the single plants, which had very significant differences with Huajingxian 74 in agronomic characters, were used for contig mapping analy-sis.As the results, a QTL for height, a QTL for 1 000 -grain weight ( KGW) and a QTL for grain shape ( GS) were identified on the SSSL W06-40-48-06-2-1.关键词
