嘧菌酯在苹果和土壤中的消解规律研究

摘要
Abstract
The degradation dynamics and final residue of azoxystrobin in apples and soils from Shan-dong, Anhui and Shannxi were measured by UPLC-MS/MS after extracted with acetonitrile.The 10%azox-ystrobin with effective constituent as 150 mg/kg was used to spray apple and soil.After spraying one time, the degradation half-life of azoxystrobin in apple and soil were 2.97~4.36 d and 2.80~4.73 d respectively. The final residue of azoxystrobin in apple and soil were lower than the detectable limit (0.01 mg/kg), and al-so far below the MRL of EU (0.05 mg/kg) on the 14th day after the fourth time of spray.关键词
