镉胁迫对烟草生物量及叶片矿质元素含量的影响
Effects of Cadmium Stress on Biomass and Content of Mineral Elements in Tobacco Leaves
摘要
Abstract
The tobacco cultivar K326 was used as material for this test .After treated with different con-centrations of Cd , its biomass at rosette stage , vigorous growing stage , topping stage , mature stage were deter-mined and also the mineral element contents in leaves .The results showed that the tobacco growth was inhibi-ted by higher concentrations of Cd but promoted by lower concentrations of Cd .The Cd absorption had better correlation with the accumulation of Mn , Zn and Cu in tobacco leaves , but had lower correlation with the ac-cumulation of Ca , Mg and Fe .关键词
