摘要

Abstract

To clarify the physiological adaptation mechanisms of overwintering,the activities of 5 meta-bolic enzymes,including trehalase,sorbitol dehydrogenase,hexokinase,pyruvate kinase and alkaline phos-phatase,of diapause larvae of Carposina sasakii Matsumura during different diapause time were measured in laboratory by kit.The results showed that the activities of trehalase,hexokinase,pyruvate kinase,alkaline phosphatase had significant differences between different diapause time,while those of sorbitol dehydrogenase had no significant difference.The trehalase activity was the highest in early diapause,then gradually de-creased with the prolongation of diapauses duration.The hexokinase activity was lower in early diapause,then increased rapidly and decreased rapidly in later diapause.The pyruvate kinase activity reached the highest lev-el in mid -diapause.The highest activity of alkaline phosphatase appeared in early diapause.These indicated that Carposina sasakii Matsumura improved their cold tolerance by regulating metabolic enzymes during dia-pause to ensure overwintering smoothly.
