摘要

Abstract

To efficiently extract polysaccharides from moutan cortex,the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction technology.The Box -Behnken design method was used to conduct the 3 -factors and 3 -levels experiment on the basis of single -factor experiment for the responsive surface analysis. The extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of water to material were the response factors.The yield of polysaccharides was the response value.The results showed that the yield of polysaccharides were signifi-cantly affected by extraction temperature and time.The effects of the 3 factors on polysaccharide yield were in order of extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of water to material.The optimum extraction condi-tions were the extraction temperature as 84℃,extraction time of 1.1 hours and ratio of water to material as 31∶1.The predicted value of polysaccharide yield was 3.732% and the verified value was 3.727%.The veri-fied value was basically coincident with the predicted one with the relative error as 0.134%.This study could provide theoretical references for deep processing of moutan cortex and lay the foundation for studying on the structure -function relationship of polysaccharides from moutan cortex.
