麦长管蚜在济麦22上的年龄－龄期两性生命表研究
Study on Age -Stage Life Table of Sitobion avenae (Fabricius)Feeding on Jimai 22
摘要
Abstract
The population life table of Sitobion avenae was analyzed using the age -stage two -sex life table theory,and the developmental period and fecundity of winged and wingless adult were studied on the wheat variety Jimai22 at 22℃ in laboratory.The results showed that the longevity of aphid was 23.0 ±1.0 d, the fecundity was 24.6 ±1.1 nymphs per female.The intrinsic increase rate (r),finite increase rate (λ), net reproductive rate (R0 )and mean generation time (T)were 0.22 ±0.01 d -1 ,1.25 ±0.01 d -1 ,20.28 ± 1.38 nymphs and 13.48 ±0.19 d,respectively.The survival rate of nymph and preoviposition period of winged morph were significantly longer than those of wingless morph,however,the adult longevity,oviposition period and fecundity of winged morph were significantly shorter than wingless morph on the wheat variety of Jimai 22.关键词
