摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of platelet-derived growth factor ( PDGF)-BB on the migration and prolif-eration of SK-BR-3 mammary carcinoma cells .Methods SK-BR-3 mammary carcinoma cells in logarithm growth stage were treated with different concentrations of PDGF-BB (0.5, 1, 2, 4 ng/mL).The proliferation was determined by cytom-etry and MTS assay , and the migration ability was detected by cell migration assay .Results Compared with SK-BR-3 mammary carcinoma cells without any drug , 4 ng/mL PDGF-BB promoted the migration and proliferation of SK-BR-3 mam-mary cells and it was positively associated with the drug concentration .Conclusions The PDGF-BB can promote the mi-gration and proliferation of human SK-BR-3 cells in a specific concentration range .关键词
