血尿酸水平与大面积脑梗死的相关性
Correlation between blood uric acid level and massive cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the blood uric acid ( BUA) level and massive cerebral infarction.Methods Blood uric acid ( BUA), fasting plasma glucose ( FPG), triglycerides ( TG), total cholesterol ( TC) , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) and the infarction size were detected in 95 new cases of patients with massive cerebral infarction ( observation group ) and 95 healthy controls ( control group ) , and then the relationship between the BUA level and massive cerebral infarction was analyzed .Results The levels of BUA, FPG, TG, TC, and LDL-C were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group (all P<0.01).Multivariate Logistic re-gression analysis showed that the increased BUA level was the risk factor for the cerebral infaction (OR=1.005, 95%CI=1.002-1.008, P=0.001), and the larger the infarction size is, the higher the BUA level (P<0.05).Conclusions Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for massive cerebral infarction , and cerebral infarction area is positively cor-related with BUA level .关键词
