精神分裂症、神经症、抑郁症患者的脑电超慢涨落图分析
Analysis of related factors by encephaloflugram technology on patients with schizophrenia, neurosis, depression

Abstract
Objective To observe the differences of neurotransmitters , brain function and entropy values in 0-29 year-old outpatients with schizophrenia , neurosis, and depression by encephaloflugram technology (ETG).Methods The outpa-tients with schizophrenia , neurosis and depression were tested once by encephaloflugram technology , then the differences be-tween the neurotransmitters , brain function, and entropy values were analyzed .Results The Ach and INH were significantly higher in patients with schizophrenia than the normal (all P<0.05), but GABA and DA were significantly below the normal (all P<0.05).5-HT and Ach in patients with neurosis were significantly higher than normal (all P<0.05).Ach and INH in patients with depression were significantly higher than normal (all P<0.05), while GABA, NE and DA were significantly lower than the normal (all P<0.05).Comparison between different sexes with the same disease showed that the GABA of male patients with schizophrenia was significantly lower than that of females (P<0.05).Comparison between the same men suffering from different diseases showed that significant differences were found in GABA and age (all P<0.05).On brain function , the ratio in cerebral ischemia and hypoxia′s normal female patients with depression was the least as well as excitato-ry and inhibitory male patients with neurosis .Comparison between different diseases′entropy and the normal showed that schizophrenia, neurosis, depression′s brain entropy was in the normal range , patients with schizophrenia had maximum entro-py and worst orderly brain , and patients with neurosis had the minimum entropy and the best order .Three diseases′entropy analysis of variance found that there were significant differences in C 4, T4, T5, P4, T6, O1 and O2 leads (all P<0.05). Comparison between the different gender entropy values of the same disease found that there were significant difference in FP1 and F8 of patients with schizophrenia between men and women (all P<0.05).Significant difference was found in T6 between neurosis men′s entropy values and women′s (P<0.05).Comparison between different diseases′lead entropy of the same female patients showed that there were significant differences in F7, C3, C4, T4, T5, P4, T6, O1 and O2 (all P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of the GABA function may be the main reason of neuropsychiatric diseases .Women with depression are accompa-nied by symptoms of ischemia and hypoxia, and the self-restraint of male neurotic patients is more evident.The differences of GABA levels, the brain order and temporal, occipital entropy may help in the differential diagnosis of the three diseases .关键词
