妊娠期糖尿病对新生儿脐血抵抗素水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响
Effects of gestational diabetes mellitus on neonatal cord blood resistin levels and insulin resistance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) on umbilical artery serum re-sistin and insulin resistance (IR) in infants.Methods The concentrations of resistin, plasma glucose (PG), insulin ( INS) and the insulin resistance index ( IRI) of the umbilical cord serum were separately examined in 33 infants of GDM mothers ( observation group ) and 30 normal control subjects ( control group ) .The correlations between serum resistin and PG, INS and IRI were analyzed .Results The umbilical artery serum levels of PG , INS and IRI in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P<0.01), but resistin level was significantly decreased as compared with that of the control group (P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that resistin was positively correlated with PG and IRI (r=0.43, r=0.56;all P<0.01), and no correlation was found between resistin and insulin (r=0.18, P>0.05).Conclusions The infants who were born by GDM mothers have insulin resistance , and resistin may play a role in the pathogenesis of insulin resistance .关键词
