子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后应用GnRH-与孕三烯酮的临床效果比较
Comparison of curative effects of GnRH-a and gestrinone in treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic operation

Abstract
Objective To provide guidance for the drug treatment of endometriosis ( EMT) patients after laparoscopic operation.Methods Totally 126 patients with EMT were randomly divided into 2 groups, 63 cases in each:the observa-tion group and control group .All patients were given laparoscopic operation .Patients in the observation group were given gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist ( GnRH-a) Triptorelin Acetate 3.75 mg by intramuscular injection after surgery on the first day of menstruation , and they were given GnRH-a by intramuscular injection once a month .Patients in the control group were given gestrinone orally (2 ×2.5 mg/week), and they took it for the first time on the first day of menstruation , took it again 3 days later, and then took it at the same time every week .Two groups were treated for 6 months.The serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and prolactin (PRL) levels were detec-ted.The two groups'clinical efficacy , adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence rate in one year after surgery were compared.Results Two groups'serum FSH, LH and E2 were all decreased after treatment (P<0.05), there was no sig-nificant change in PRL levels .The serum FSH, LH and E2 were all lower in the observation group than those of the control group (all P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference in the serum PRL level between the two groups .Total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the recurrence rate in 1 year after sur-gery was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).Adverse reactions of two groups were not significantly different . Conclusion GnRH-a in treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic operation is safer and has better effect with lower re -currence rate.关键词
