不同剂量培哚普利对老年原发性高血压患者血压及肾功能的影响
Effects of different doses of perindopril on blood pressure and renal function in patients with primary hypertension

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of perindopril on blood pressure and renal function in patients with primary hypertension .Methods Totally 254 elderly patients with primary hypertension were randomly di-vided into two groups:the low-dose perindopril group and high-dose perindopril group .The patients in the low-dose group were treated with perindopril 4 mg, once a day; and patients in the high-dose group were treated with perindopril 8 mg, once a day.The treatment time of the two groups lasted for 6 months.Blood pressure, renal function and 24 h urinary albu-min quantification were observed in the two groups before and after treatment .Results The total efficiency of antihyperten-sive effect in the low-dose group was 95.27%, and 97.64% in the high-dose group (P>0.05).After treatment of 6 months, the serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urine albumin decreased significantly after treatment of perindo-pril (all P<0.05);and the changes were more significant in the high-dose group than that of the low-dose group (all P<0.05).Conclusions Perindopril has exact antihypertensive effect in patients with primary hypertension , and it can im-prove renal function.Meanwhile, the antihypertensive effect of the high-dose group (8 mg) is better.关键词
