干扰素诱导蛋白16在结直肠癌中的表达及与 p53、p21 waf1／cip表达的相关性

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression and significance of IFI 16, p53 and p21waf1/cip in colorectal cancer tis-sues.Methods The SP immunohistochemistry method was applicated to detect the expression of IFI 16, p53 and p21waf1/cip in paraffin embedded blocks of colorectal cancer tissues .Results IFI16 was detected in nuclear and cytpoplasm of color-ectal cancer cell.The expression of IFI16 was positive correlated with p21waf1/cip (r=0.365, P<0.01), but the epitopic expression of IFI16 was negative correlated with p21waf1/cip(r=-0.298, P<0.05).There was no significant association between IFI16 and p53(P>0.05).Conclusion IFI16 might take part in the occurrence progress of colorectal cancer ac-cording to the expression and location of IFI 16 related with the p21waf1/cip .关键词
