Abstract
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of CD 90 in hepatocellular carcinoma .Meth-ods The expression of CD 90 in cancer tissues , para-carcinoma tissues and normal liver tissues were detected by immuno-histochemical method , and to analyze the significance .Results The positive expression rate of CD 90 was 76.7%(46/60) in HCC group, 48.3%(29/60)in paraneoplastic group, 0 in normal group;there were significant differences among three groups (all P<0.01).The expression of CD90 in HCC tissues was correlated with gender , ethnicity, portal vein tumor thrombus, envelope integrity, clinical and pathological staging (all P<0.05); which was not associated with age , tumor size, AFP values and the expression of hepatitis B (all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD90 increased in cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues , especially in cancer tissues , which maight be closely related to a poor prognosis of patients with liver cancer .关键词
