结肠癌组织中 Beclin1及 Bcl-2表达变化及意义
Expression and clinical significances of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 in colon cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of Beclin 1 and Bcl-2 in colon cancer and discuss the significances . Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Beclin 1 and Bcl-2 in 97 pairs paraffin-embedded co-lon cancer tissues , adjacent non-cancerous tissues and normal colon tissues , to analyze the relationship between Beclin 1 and Bcl-2 expressions and clinicopathological parameters .Results The positive rate of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 expression were 80.4%and 75.3%in colon cancer tissues, 60.8%and 64.9%in adjacent non-cancerous tissues, 36.1%and 26.8%in normal colon tissues respectively .Beclin1 and Bcl-2 expressed higher in colon cancer tissues than that in adjacent non-can-cerous tissues and normal colon tissues (all P<0.01).The invasion deepth, tumor diameter and TNM stage were positive-ly correlated with the expression of Beclin1 (all P<0.01).Tumor diameter and TNM stage were positively correlated with the expression of Bcl-2 (all P<0.05).Beclin1 in colon cancer tissues was positively correlated with Bcl-2 (r=0.324,P<0.01).Conclusion High expressions of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 were correlated with the onset and malignant development of colon cancer , which predicted the unfavorable prognosis .关键词
