急性肾损伤患者外周血亲环素 A、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平变化及血液透析对二者的影响
Changes in levels of CyPA and AngII in peripheral blood of patients with acute kidney injury and influence of hemodialysis on them

Abstract
Objective To observe the changes in levels of cyclophilin A ( CyPA) and Angiotensin Ⅱ ( AngⅡ ) in the peripheral blood of patients with acute kidney injury ( AKI) and to investigate the influence of hemodialysis on them. Methods Forty patients with AKI (observation group) were randomly divided into the dialysis group (23 cases) and non-dialysis group (17 cases).All patients received the treatment of irbesartan 150 mg/d for 4 weeks.The peripheral blood was obtained before and after treatment for 4 weeks to determine the levels of CyPA and AngⅡ .Another 40 gender-and age-matched healthy people were selected as the control group.We observed the levels of CyPA and AngⅡin the peripher-al blood of the observation group and control group, dialysis group and non-dialysis group, and analyzed the relationships between changes in levels of CyPA and AngⅡ.Results Before treatment, the levels of CyPA and AngⅡin the peripher-al blood of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (all P<0.01).In the observation group, the levels of CyPA and AngⅡwere decreased after treatment as compared with those before treatment (all P<0.01).In the peripheral blood of AKI patients, the levels of CyPA and AngⅡwere positively correlated (r=0.600, P<0.05).No sig-nificant differences were found in the levels of CyPA and AngⅡbetween dialysis group and non-dialysis group.Conclusion CyPA, as a kind of an inflammatory mediator, may, aggravate the renal tubular epithelial cell injury and apoptosis, and hemodialysis has no effect on CyPA and AngⅡin the peripheral blood of AKI-patients.关键词
