青年女性大肠癌患者癌组织中 ERβ、Bad 表达变化及意义
Expression changes and significance of ERβand Bad in young females with colorectal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of estrogen receptorβ( ERβ) and pro-apoptotic protein ( Bad) in the cancer tissues of young females with colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of ERβand Bad in the cancer tissues ( cancer group) and in para-carcinoma tissues ( para-carcinoma group) of 42 cases of young females with colorectal carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The relationship between them in colorectal carcinoma and their correlations with the clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results In the cancer group and para-carcinoma group, the positive expression rates of ERβwere 71.43%and 88.09%( P<0.05);and the positive ex-pression rates of Bad were 76.19%and 85.71%(P<0.05).The expression of ERβand Bad was associated with tumor differentiated degrees (all P<0.05).In the colorectal cancer tissues, the expression of ERβwas positively correlated with Bad expression (r=0.389, P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of ERβand Bad is decreased in the cancer tissues of young females with colorectal carcinoma, which may be closely associated with the occurrence and development of color-ectal carcinoma.The combined detection of them can be expected to become the new target for cancer prevention and treat-ment.关键词
