Influence of secretion of human umbilical vein endothelial cells on their own migration and invasion

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of the secretion of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HuVECs) on their own migration and invasion .Methods The passage HuVECs were divided into 3 groups: groups A, B and C. Groups A and B were added with a certain concentration of FBS and HuVECs supernatant with 24-hour and 48-hour cultiva-tion, meanwhile, group C was added with a certain concentration of FBS and pure DMEM culture solution .Cell scratch as-say was used to observe cell migration distance .The number of cell migration and invasion of HUVECs was observed with Transwell.Results The migration distance of groups A, B and C was (219.27 ±28.44), (163.64 ±19.67) and (158.18 ±16.36) μm, respectively.Significant difference was found between group A and groups B and C ( all P<0.05);and no significant difference was found between group A and group B (P>0.05).The migrated cells in the group A were more than those of groups B and C (all P<0.01), and no significant difference in the migrated cells was found be-tween group B and group C (all P>0.05).The invasive cells of group A were less than those of group B , and the invasive cells of group B were less than those of group C (all P<0.01).Conclusion The secretion of HUVECs may promote the cell migration and inhibit the cell invasion to a certain extent .关键词
